Where This Work Comes From

My name is Tekson Teo, and this work is shaped by three sources.This work is shaped by three sources.

The first is the strategic clarity of Sun Tzu — seeing conditions before acting, positioning before effort, and winning without unnecessary struggle.

The second is the philosophy of Lao Tzu — particularly wu wei, the practice of acting in alignment with the natural flow of events rather than forcing outcomes.

The third is lived leadership experience — years spent working alongside founders, executives, and teams navigating real decisions under pressure.

These are not ideas I study from a distance.
They are ways of thinking and acting I’ve tested, practiced, and refined over time.
