Time and Timing

There is an ideal level of exertion of effort in everything we do. Giving not enough, we don’t optimize. Exerting too much effort, we can’t get the best results. It can even be harmful.

Unfortunately, in our eagerness to get things done, all too often, we overexert ourselves. As a result, many people fail not because they don’t try hard enough but, sadly, that they have worked too hard.

To optimize your exertion of effort, learn to go with the flow of nature. Begin with the observation of timing in the ways you manage your personal energy and time.
